Instructions for Use – Lyophilized Powder Vial
Please read these instructions carefully before using your Cell Reviver™ Cagri-Sema Blend vial.
Do not use the vial without proper training from a qualified professional.
Your Cagri-Sema Blend vial contains 5mg Cagrilintide + 5mg Semaglutide (10mg total) in lyophilized powder form. The vial is designed to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water (BAC water) before use.
What is Cagrilintide + Semaglutide Blend?
This blend combines Cagrilintide, a long-acting amylin analogue, with Semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist. This combination is studied for its synergistic effects on appetite regulation, glucose metabolism, and weight management in research settings.

Reconstitution Instructions
- Remove the plastic flip cap from the vial
- Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) into a sterile syringe
- Insert the needle through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the vial
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved
